SAM’S SALON

We occasionally host an evening with an established author, director or actor where you have the opportunity to hear them read and talk about their work followed by a question and answer session

Canapés are included in the cost of your ticket and you’re welcome to bring your own wine!

We’ve previously been lucky enough to welcome authors’ Francesca Segal (An Awkward Age) and Elizabeth Day (The Party) who read from their current books and opened the floor to questions and debate. A great evening was had by all!

Our next Sam’s Salon is with the director Nick Bagnall (The Everyman & Playhouse). Tickets are £10. Date TBC

Reviews

  • Superb!

Great friendly service and a fantastic Full English with the best black pudding I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Primrose Hill!

  • Not your average cafe

Popped in after a walk up the hill. Was lucky to get a seat as it was busy. The staff were friendly and attentive. I had the full English breakfast which was spot on! Just what I needed! It did take a little while but I can forgive that due to how busy it was. The jukebox is amazing, I was informed by staff that all the records had been selected by the one and only Robert Plant. Need I say more! I’ll definitely be going back…but this time for some Kedgeree.
