SAM'S BOOK CLUB
Is a bi-monthly club which explores the material produced by The School of Life.
Meetings are held every other month on a Monday evening from 7.00 to 8.30 pm
The School of Life was established in 2008 with the self-declared mission of the School to direct you toward "a variety of ideas guaranteed to stimulate, provoke, nourish and console.” Their thinking draws on psychology, psychotherapy, philosophy, art and culture.
Book titles include ‘The Meaning of Life’, ‘On Confidence’, ‘A History of Ideas’ and ‘On Being Nice’. You can find more about the School of Life here https://www.theschooloflife.com.
An opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and explore the meaning of life.
If we are sold out you can CALL 0207 916 3736 to be added to the waiting list.
The Book Club will be run by Tim Kirkpatrick, a local craniosacral therapist with an interest in psychology and philosophy. He is also an events volunteer at the Primrose Hill Community Association, and enjoys bringing the local community together for conversation and connection.
Every month we invite friends and neighbours to dine together, eat, drink and feel the relaxed and friendly vibes at Sam's Cafe.
Next Supper Club: 28th May
